for alizay u can use alum water for tightening of vagina....take a tub and fill it with water and then mix alum(phitkari) in it and then sit in that tub for few minutes..u'll feel a change...and from now on try to avoid having this act...2ndly its not necessary that every gal bleeds during intercourse it depends on gal to gal...so no worries for that... |

alizay aik martba phatkari use karne se faraq nahee parta. you should use it 2 or 3 times a week. But most importantly for tighting of vagina is to keep yourself away from sex aur allah se toba karo sache dil se.. aur alum ki miqdar aik tub pani main shaid 50 or 100 gram. try it and observe by your self. |
