bachpan me zidee tha aur khana na khata tha aur abb pactawa hota hay
mera jism youn hay keh jis tarah hadion per skin ki ik layer
mujhe abb sharmindagi ho tee hay
app sab say request hay mera leyay koi asisee cheez ya koi aisa system ya koi aisa schedule batain jo mujhe chund dinoon ya chund mahinoon ya chund salloon main smart kar day means mujheeyhealth kar dey

Salaaam Frist tou ye Mr Ahmad Pehle aap ye Bataiye k aaap ka Weight kitna hai. Hosakta hai k Main aap ki Kuch madad ker Sakon Because Yehi Prob. Mere saath bhi thi Jo k aap ki hai But meri Hieght 5.10" Hai. Main ne Aik hakeem k course se 4 Kg Weight Gain kia In 4 Months but aap  pehle Yahan per sab Doston se raye lelain aaya k Hakeem se Ilaaj kerwana sahi hai k nahi Aur baad main is ka koi Side Effect tou nahi hoga aur Dawai k through wieght barhana sahi hai ya nahi Thanks & Regards .

I think u need proper diet and regular exercise. Dont use any medicine because it have side effects.

bus apni diet achi kereyn...diet mein in cheezon ka istamal ziada se ziada keryen:

mutton, meat, chicken, fish, rice, wheat, white bread, milk, yogurt, butter, cream, honey, nutrituous sweet dishes, fruits like banana, orange, mango, apple, etc, fresh juices, milkshakes, grean vegetables and other vegetables also...is k ilawa ap khud bi samajhdar hain kon si cheezen sehet k liye ziada faideymund hain...u can also ask from ur parents

aur agar ap ko bhook nai lagti ya aisa koi masla hai...then u can use .........Edit...........Medicine name not allowed................

As i am fitness club owner and i certified in yoga i suggest you to do some excersizes you must be join a gym do workout and yoga is the best for a perfect body, becouse if we fati we go for gym but if we are fisically week we also need a some fitness plans and some fitness machines. so please go with my suggestion.

Just take some milk & Badaaam...

Dear baysabra nahi hoona aur koi ghalti na kar beethana kuch ghalt kha kar kisi hakeeem ya doctor ki dawa. Just take good diet, be relaxed and try to have a busy schedule in ur life. Do spent more time with the persons with whome u enjoy their company. do't do extra exercise. do consider all above suggestions, take proteine, fats and important things regularly. do't think that Vitamin pills will give u health with in months, instead of this take good fruit. use milk ...........INSHALLAHTALLAH u will start improvement sooner than latter.
