How To Lose Extra Weight?

mairey cousin hai jin ka weight bohat ber gaya hai ,aur un ko kareeb 20-25 kg lose karna hai ,koi  nuskha ya illaj batain,  aur wo itna ziada khana bi nahi khati

aur pershan hai k ye weight kaisey lose karein

One of my cousin has become obese and has to lose weight up to 20-25 Kg. Please tell me how it could be done?

she must change her life style first of all ... eating habits ,.... sleeping habits must first and dont use any medicine to reduce waight as some medicine are available in market ...eat low fat low protine daite

5,7 height   92 kg weight wo to bht heavy hai zrorat se zadaaa yaaani meri  me aik larka hoon meri height 6 feet hai lkn mera weight 80 hogaaa jo mere hisaab se sahi hai height k lehaaz see..................kkhair yeh bht zada hai in koo WALK ki zrorat hai 1 hour daily or khaanaaa sooone seee 3 4 hours pehle khaaeein or khaa ker na soooein na beth ein okay low fat waaali cheezein khaaein bas........raat k khaane k baad 1 hour walk karein kareebi park me jaaker yaa ksi tracks per jaaker.....INSHALLAH farq parygaaaa

Well according to the height the weight is much more. 

This is not an easy task to reduce the weight. Since it is very difficult to keep away from the luxuries. However; making mind and with ambitions it is possible. 

There are different ways to reduce the weight:

1. Physical Methods: These are most appropriate. By doing certain physical exercise weight is reduced considerably. The exercise could be brisk walking, at home or out door, Jogging etc. Therefore one should adopt the way of doing certain exercises since it not only reduces the weight but also prevent heart diseases, chest diseases etc. A man feels relax and fresh. 

2. Eating Habits:

By changing eating habit, one can reduce weight. This is not an effective way since dieting strictly is not possible practically, however; one can avoid more healthy, oil meals in order to achieve the targets. Use Salad more while meals. Take bing eating or fast food rather than full and complete meal. Avoid to keep hungry since in this way one may eat more on account of his hunger. Keep Some fast food with you.

Rules of Calories:

We use energy for activities. Even though if we sleep our body works. If Calories of energy would be more than daily requirement, then it would stored in the forms of Fats. Therefore; Burn your calories or don't take more. 

Calculate the Calorie Requirement:

There is a formula to calculate daily Calorie Requirements however as a simple rule A man needs 1800 calories per day while a woman needs 1200 Calories per day. Take meals accordingly. Means the calorie intake should not be more than that. For weight reduction take calories up to 1000 per day. 

Things to Remember:

One Paratha   Equal to 2 Roti in Calories

2 biscuits        Equal to 1 Roti in Calories

1 ounce Potato has 93 calories ( Usually people prefer potato while dieting however it has more calories. 

60 grams carrot has 29 calories

You may get this type of chart on Internet as well and by which you may plan for your dietary habit. Remember avoid cheese, more meat, eggs, oily things and try to feed on those items who have less calorie value. In this way you may over come you hunger. Please don't take calories less than 1000 other wise you may loss weight promptly and that could be harmful

Medicines:

There are different medicines in the market that are used for reducing weight. In my opinion these medicines should be used only if weight is too much high and always should be taken on physician's advice. Since there are so many adverse effects of them as well. 

Cosmetic Surgery:

Cosmetic surgery like liposuctioning has now been advanced to tackle the excessive weight. These methods are now successfully been used world over.
This method is suitable for excessive weight reduction in extremely obese people

Don't Expect Prompt Results:

Your target should be to lose 1-2 pounds per month. don't expect immediate results and also not try to do that. Check your weight on monthly basis.

Weight problem

Doctor k k has given quite nice guidance , i just want to say i strongly suggest that she go to a gynae doc for ultrasound of ovaries and hormone level in blood(FSH and LH ) to rule out polycystic ovaries which is very very common cause of obesity .. Plus you said she dnt eat much may be she dnt eat much but What she eats may be full of calories ... If after following doctor k k plan for 2month or so and nothing significant change of weight occur i think she need to go to an endocrinologist(hormone related doc) for proper investigatiöns(as her weight is way too much for her height)

Weight reduction

If you search market many whole wheat product are available like there are rusk of whole wheat that if put in milk swell double their size and can be taken as one time meal ,

also drinking lemon water in morning without eating anything is supposed to decrease weight ,

 she can boil chicken in vinegar and salt and pepper its a whole meal , make beans salad ,

she can shake 2tab spoon of isapghol in milk glass and wthout suggar its a stomach fuller and isapghol also decrease wt sumwhat etc

 excercise is a must ..

 Where there is a will there is a way.. Weight reduction demands strong determination..

 Plus again i suggest her hormone checkup for her

Weight reduction

Swimming is the best of all excercises whether fat is ön belly or thighs then is the treadmill for legs if she cant join club or gym ask her do brisk walk start with 30min and go upto 60min daily..its best if she does 1hr morning half hr evening 2times.. Jogging is good bt nt practicle for girls..without excercise wt cant be lost evn if one go on hunger strike..
