Weight: How Can I Increase My Weight?
Hello Dear, mein bahut confuse hoon mere body weight ko lekar , mein yaha batata challon ke meri giza aachi hai phir be body ko guosht nahi pakarta. mein ne kafi Dr. se apna check-up karwaya hai, kafi medican li, lakin sub bekar. please muje advise kare ke main apna weight kaise barahoon. My data are as under : Age : 29 Height : 5.3" Approx. Weight : 48 Kgs.

bhai jan aap ko tension bilkul nahi leni ye bohat aasan hay aap ko bas mustaqil mizaaji se karna hoga jo main aap ko bataon. 1:aap salad khanay ki aadet daalain lunch aur dinner main aur masalihay normal use karain agar aap ziada masalihay khaty hain to. 2:nashtay main aap ek glass dhood ka zaror piya karain aur asli makhan khanay ki aadet daalain khas kar sardion main makhan aur desi ghee ziada use karain. 3:aap lunch aur dinner k bad ek barha glass lassi kia piya karain aur mustaqil aadet daalain din main 2 time lassi peene ki. inshAllah aap sirf is mukhtasir hidayat par ammal kar lein kaafi hogi aam k mausem main khoob aam khayien aur aam khanay k bad lassi piyein. note: agar aap bilkul aramde kaam kartay hain to exercize must hay

agreed with builder is k ilawa....fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, mutton, chicken, fresh juices, cream, chease, milkshakes ka use bi ziada se ziada kereyn

wow zeb , your reply is very short and comprehensive... builder achi suggestions di hain apnay par aik bat jo apnay kahi k "lunch aur dinner k bad ek barha glass lassi kia piya karain",, to apko nai lagta k khana khanay k baad, paani, dudh ya lassi peena ziada faeda mand nai hota... baad mai peenay ki bajaey agar pehlay ya khanay kay doran pi li jaey to ziada behtar hoga ya nahi ?

un tamam friends k liye ek mashvara jo apna weight barhana chahty hain weight barhanay k liye khana peena apni jaga laikin is baat ka khayal zarori hay k weight is tarah barhay k koi beemari na ho sirf charbi na charh jaye jism par is cheez se bachne k liye salaad ka ziada istamaal karain and koi bi halki phulki exercize karain walk karain khanay k bad ya joging karain.

u should use banana, milk, rice, meat, vegetables, honey, potatoes and fish in ur diet. drink water as much as possible. Adopt healthy life style and don't take tensions as they are harmful for the general health of a person. thanks
