 I Have Phobia Of Meeting People
dear dr. sb, i have some problem of different kind.i found many doctors but they interested in money not my health.i belong to a middle class family.my resources are limited.i can't afford costly treatment.so pls help me in this way.let i tell u my problem,i have some diferent from other peaple.my health is going down day by day.when i go out of my home i feel fear from peaple.when i see face in mirror,i feel i m near death.i think i can't do anything.when i meat with personality holder peaple,my body &face began to become black.my body becomes cool.and i want to go from there.i can't face females bcoz of my personality.i tell u remaining problms if u replied me. regards asad

Phobia: conusult psychiatrist aap ki bimari ka naam phobia hai. phobia ka ilaj aam doctor nahi ker sakte. iss ka ilaj psychiatrist ya clinical psychologist kerte hai.
kia aap ne kisi psychiatrist ya clinical psychologist se mashwara kia hai? agar kia hai tu onho ne kia mashwarah dia hai? tafseel batai. agar abhi tak consult nahi kia hai tu aap ko mashwarah hai keh kisi psychiatrist ya clinical psychologist se consult kare.
agar aap private psychiatrist ki fee nahi de sakte hai tu mashwarah hai keh kisi sarkari hospital ke psychiatrist se ilaj karai.
Phobia ka ilaj: medicine aur psychotherapy ke zaria kia jaata hai. |

My Reply ka jwaab bilkul theek hay. LAkin in sab batoun kay ilawa aik aur baat hay jis per ham zera kam hi goar kertay hain.
App apna rohaani ilaaj bhi kerwa saktay hain, balkay ker bhi saktay hain. Maira mashwera hay kay YA-HAYO.......YA-QAYOOMO jo kay allah tallah kay naam hain her waqat munh main perha kerain. wudu ki koi qaid nahi sara din munh main perhtay rahain. Aik mahina kam az kam ker kay daikhain, inshallah aap ki tabyat main tabdeeli aay gi. Try tu kerain!!!!!!!! |

ap jo bhi ho apki bat bilkul thik hai.lekin shayad apko meri bat samajh nahi aei.mujy kisi achy dr. ki talash hai, agar ap kisi achy dr. ka bata dein to bohat mehrbani hogi.agar koi mera treatment achi tarha se kare to mein paisy bhi de sakta hon.mujy koi acha psyciatrist mil jaey yahi behtar hoga mere leay.thanks apne reply kia.

Asad bhai Aap Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi mein kisi bhi achay doctor se mil saktay hien.. Even k multan mein bhi aap ko achay doctors mil jaayein ge.. Ab yahan by name aap ko koi doctor suggest nahin kiya ja sakta..
Phir bhi aap zid kartay hien tu aaap Qadafi stadium lahore chalay jaayein, wahan Dr. Nasim Ashraf hotay hein... Woh khod bhi psycho hein or sab ko apnay jaisa treat kartay hien.. :) |

ap to mazaq samaj rahy hen.agar ap ko pata ha to bata dein.agar ap samajty hen k men serious nahi hon to koi bat nahi ap bila waja meri tension na len.me ne to ap ko kuch samaj kar pocha tha lekin shayad ap meri bat ko mazaq samaj rahy hen.shayad ap ko meri bat buri lagi ho.dekho bhai men to agey hi patient hon agar meri kisi bat ka bura laga ho to bhai mujy maaf kar dena.kuen k muj se kisi ki narazgi dekhi nahi jati.agar ap bura na mane to apna cell no de dein men ap se bat kar leta hon.plsssssssssssssssssss

is ki koi waja?agar kisi ka bhala ho raha ho to mera khial hai k pechy nahi hatna chahye.agar mujy lagta hai k mujy ap se kuch na kuch benifit ho ga to ab men ye ap par chorta hon.agar to ap k dil mein mere leay thori si bhi mohabbat ya izzat hai to pls mujy apna cell no de dein.men bohat preshan hon,mere career ka masla hai.men aj kal kisi ko nahi bula raha.mera bohat bura hal hai.agar meri jaga apka koi apna hota to? bas mujy yahi kehna hai
