there is no natural method because it is not natural the man woman intimacy is meant for reproduction but if you still want to abstain pregnancy the easiest and the safest method is using condoms

rythm method is very risky as the menstrul cycle may vary and u never know the safe period besides a sperm can survive upto seven days.

withdrawal method too is risky as precum also contains sperms and pregnancy may happen

other than that u may use a pill but only after consulting a doctor, because some people may not be compatible to these pills.
