i m almost 100 days pregnant mujhay sar mai bhaut dard hota rehta hai mai kiya karon subah niharmo aulti jais hota hai jo k normal hi hai lakin heaache to mairi jan hi nikal laita hai mai kamzoor b bhaut hon maira blood group b o negative hai mai kis tarha blood barhaon apnay jism mai?

pregnancy ke shuru ke months mai nausea, vomiting aur headach hota hai. agar yeh bahut ziadah ho tu lady doctor ke mashwarah se koi munasib medicine li jaa sakti hai.

blood kam hai keh nahi woh blood group se pata nahi chalta, balkeh blood haemoglobin test se pata chalta hai. aap ka haemoglobin ketna hai. agar thora kam hai tu Iron tablet ya injection se bhi recover ho sakta hai. lekin agar bahut ziadah kam hai tu blood transfusion ki bhi zaroorat par sakti hai.

headach ke liye aap apni lady doctor se check up karai. aur koi munasib treatment le. yeh headach na sirf pregnancy balkeh anemia aur blood pressure mai tabdeeli ki wajah se bhi ho sakta hai.
