Pubic hairs are normal in males & females so don't worry but Islam says to remove pubic hairs (below navel, penis, testis around the penis, below the penis shave with sharp razor so keep maintain your penis and testes clean always.
Basically pubic hairs start growing in the age of puberty (bulogut) in boys and girls because in the puberty age Sex Hormone levels increase and sexual organs start growing.
