Test For Infertility: Is There Any Test Before Marriage?

i want to ask Is Their Any Kind Of Genral Test Throaugh Which It Can Be Detaected That either the Women Is Sexually Healthy and Capable of Giving Birth To a Child Or Not ( Before Marriage Test)?

shadi ke baad to obviosly if she doesnot gets prgenant to she will have a test but if like i myslef want to have checkup that i am sexually capable of giving birth to a child or not after i get married.

I am asking this qustion because sometimes back someone told me that i can never became mother....i at that time ignored it....ke khuda ki marzi.....but since last 3 months my mensutral cycyle is very distrubed....(First time in life) so i am getting worried......

If Moderator can recall i in the very begining asked that i had my urine test in which ther were some puss cells etc...

I am just asking at a precautioanry mode that

If an ULTRA-SOund of lower abdomen can be helpful and can in general show that Ovaries/fallopian tube/uteras/etc are in good satisfactory condition...

tou i can get it done....it will make me psycologicaly/mentally relaxed thaT I AM safe and healthy....and not at risk of infertility problem in future.

Please Reply about the general ultrasound.....or if u suggest me to see a gynecologist what shuld i say her .....i mean you know our culture if i ask her k am i abke to get prgnant to baat ko kahin se kahein le jayen ge.....

so if you can suggest me an ultra sound i get it done from a nearby laboratory on my own..

Thankx zeb.... i will but i told you about the culutral probelm...pakistan ki doctors bhi apko pata hi hei.....kesi hein....bat ka bhtanagar bana lein ge ...... your suggesstion taken but agar kuch aur bhi reply aye tu it will be better.

Test before infertility

hmmm....pregnancy test before marriage

test whether pregnency is possible before marriage or not is not practiced in our society its a social taboo...

but mostly blood test and ultrasound can be done if u tell them u have menstrual irregularities....

even then most of the gynae doctors will ask u ur menstrual cycle length

if its between 21-35days then wont do a test n tell u due to stress,anxiety,worry,eating problems its a bit derranged...

however if u have a gap of 2 or more months they will be giving u medicines...

u had pus in urine ..... must have taken plenty of water and necessary antibiotics due cure urinary infection....

tests to know fertility before marriage:

blood:

u can go for hormonal test on 2nd day of menses... LH , FSH level and LH?FSH ratio is done....

on 12th day of cycle LH surge(increase can be seen)

on 21st day of cycle progesterone level is checked...

ultrasound:

it can tell u size of uterus

position of uterus(anteverted ) or forward is good one... retroverted or backward is not a good..

any anatomical/developmental problem in uterus?(like septa /partition) that create problem to carry on with pregnancy

ovaries:

size can be noticed

cells of ovaries have different sizes that can be seen over month..

does one of cell is 17-24mm near ovulation its impt...

any cyst in ovary??

ultrasound cannot comment on tubes and 1 more thing that is cause of infertility majorly(endometriosis/presence of uterus lining outside uterus in pelvis)

problem:

tubes test..... its not done in unmarried females reason:

1)dye test : dye injected from vagina and unmarried are not approached via vagina

2)operative method through camera surgery(laproscopy) tubes are seen that not done before marriage

endometriosis: presence of uterus lining also outside uterus may cause infertlity that is also seen via laproscopically.....

plus transvaginal (through vagina) ultrasound is better and done in married females.... as normal ultrasound may miss things....

also.... amarried female may get infection inside pelvis called as pelvic inflammatory disease that cause infertility...it does not occur in unmarried(not having sex relations) females

Regularity or irregularity of menses does nt depict /show fertility chances howevr females wth irregular cycles and nt gettng pregnant are suspectd of hormönal dstrbances leadng to infrtly

aik suggestion hai keh ham har reply ko delete nahi ker sakte, matlab yeh keh agar koi reply hamai pasand na aaye, ya hamare khilaf ho tu bhi ham ose delete nahi ker sakte. ham sirf aur sirf os reply ko delete ker sakte hai jo ke irrelevant ho aur forum policy ko violate ker raha ho.

forum policy wahi hai jo keh doctorpk aur ZZZ_NJ ne apne post mai likha hai. bila zaroorat comments delete kerne se sawal jawab ka tasalsal toot jaata hai aur post be-rabt ho jaata hai, aur jis ka comments delete hota hai ose bhi frustration hoti hai.
