re: Gas Trouble: What Is The Solution?

Well as for as gases problems are concerned the most important factors are

·        Irregular time to take meals

·        taking less fiber in the diet

·        Sleep improper

·        More spicy meals

·        Less oily meals

·        Cigarette smoking

·        Less activity

·        Less water intake

·        Anxiety and tension

You should avoid those factors that have been mentioned above. Take fiber diet like brown bread and banana etc. Stop smoking as soon as possible. Your diabetes is nothing to do with this problem however try to control your sugar level as tight as possible and do accordingly as per the advice of the doctor concerned for your diabetes. Live a tension free life and try to keep busy your self. Drink more water per day. You will feel after some times that your condition will be improved.

I agree with Dr KK but have these additions as well:
Use fresh vegetables in your diet like cucumbers etc
Have your duinner atleat 2 hours before going to bed.
Try to walk as much as possible atleast 1 to 2 hours per day.
If this does not help then consult a physician for the problem.
