 Please Solve My Friends Breast Problem

sonia0222 Ab to ap ki friend ki age 19yrs ho chuki ho gi, natural growth 18-19yrs tak hoti rehti ha, but masla hmary han ya hay k people are not diet concious, nutritional deficiencies ki wja say aisy problem ho jaty hain.
Ap protein and vitamin rich diet lain specialy vitamin A (carrots(very good for breast growth)), E (Almonds,peanuts, papaya e.t.c) and C (Papaya, oranges, lemon juice e.t.c)
Protein rich foods (Milk, eggs, cheese, youghurt, meat, fish, poultry, walnuts,almonds e.t.c)
Everyone belives in positive results of breast message, so ask your friend to do breast message daily with olive oil or almond oil
