I understand its a very difficult situation for both of them, even after delivery the husband would have to wait for atleast a month until the bleeding stops. So this decision has to be mutual and they should be happy and comfortable with it, keeping in mind that she can have sex with her husband if she is willing to, in the other case the husband would have to sacrifice and give it some time.
