 Foul Smelling Liquid From Penis: What Is The Treatment?

Meri pareshani bahut badi hai woh yeh ke mere zakar se mani ke alawa ek alag kism ka liquid kabhi kabhi nikalta aur uski smell bhi ajeeb hoti hai,neez peshab mein bhi kabhi kuchh safaidi si nazar ati hai,neez pehle mujhe Masterbation ki aadat thi ab bhi hai lekin kam jiski wajah se tethapan aagaya hai,neez mani mein bhi jelly type aati hai phhati phhati si,plzzzzzzzzz help me. My problem
is that there is some liquid discharge having foul smell from my penis. Some times
also there have been whitish discharge in urine from my penis. I did have habit
of masturbation a lot now it decreased. However; due to this my penis has tilted.
My semen is like jelly. Please give treatment of these problems.
