1st Intercourse & Waleema

Hi Every Body.

This is My First Question on Forum as I have just joined in.
I am Getting Married in 3 months time & I have read all Noor Clinic Books.
It is very helpful and very easy to understand as well.

However, you know in Relatives or friends, you hear allot of different things.

One thing I just heard now is that if you do not do intercourse with your wife on Suhag Raat, Your Waleema will not be Halal...!

Then they tell an Incident happened in the time of our Beloved Prophet Hazarat MUHAMMAD PBUH.
Now I do not know the actual whole thing but I can write that as I heard.

One Sahabee Came to Prophet Hazarat MUHAMMAD PBUH and said that I have done Waleema and every thing was fine.
Prophet Hazarat MUHAMMAD PBUH asked him either he had his first intercourse or not.
He replied, No PROPHET PBUH, I did not have.
Prophet Hazarat MUHAMMAD PBUH told him to do that first intercourse and then perform Waleema again, because Waleema cannot be completed until you have your First Intercourse.
He replied to Prophet Hazarat MUHAMMAD PBUH that he could not afford that again.
Prophet Hazarat MUHAMMAD PBUH told him to gather some family members, friends, and just give them Milk and Dates (Khajoors). That will be sufficient for Waleema.

So tell me Members, Is it true or false?
I have heard this while I was in Pakistan and later in UK as well. 

As I said, I do not know the exact words of that Incident. I might be wrong.
So Please Don't take me wrong as well.
In addition, I do not want to believe in it until any Solid Proof. 
Therefore, I am here and asking you all members to have discussion on the Forum.
I hope Members will discuss this properly.

Valima is not compulsory, it is a Sunnat.... Dawat e Valima dena achi baat hai lekin valima ke liye first night intercourse ya kisi or tarah ki koi restriction nahin hai... Kya aap apni batayi hoi hadess ka reference provide karein ge? Meray khayal mein is qisam ki koi hadees mojood nahin hai.. Valima or first night intercourse ka apas mein koi taluq nahin hai....

Agar shadi ke din kisi larki ko menses aa rahay hoon tu kya Valima 5 7 din delay kar diya jaye, ya valima ke liye menses mein hi intercourse kiya jaye? Meray khayal mein yeh bilkul mann gharat baat hai..

Jese mene pehlay apne post/sawal main kaha tha, k main nai manta, kyunke mene bhi koi Hadees nai pari hai.
Aur jin longon ne bataya hai un ke pass bhi koi refrence nai hai.
Magar suni Sunae baatain aagay bata ke aur preshani daal detaiy hain, jabke unke pass koi wazeh proof nai hota.
