Dear sir i m married from last 9 months i have no any child, my age is 28 years, may nay hand practice bohat ziyada ki hay , meri problem ya hay kay meray penis may hardness nahi ati or aghar stand ho bi jata hay tou ziyada time tak stand nahi rehta dusri baat may release b bohat jaldi ho jata hoon eid bar release hon kay bad dubara tou himat hi nahi hoti, wife ko jaisa bolta hon sat dayti hay, may nay homeopathic medicine b use ki per kohi fahida nahi howa or han 1 or important baat may batata chaloon may jab (BP) low karnay wali tablet use karta hoon tou hardness bi ajati hay or time bi increase hota hay but us tablet kay kuch side effects, on the spot mera penis down hojata hay  i m very worried meri wife b satisfy nahi hay plz kafi umeed kay sat msg kar raha hoon, es kay elawa meri wife ko pregnancy bi nahi ho rahi plz tell me what i do

Dear Sir, my age is 28 and I am married since 9 months. I have no children till so far. I have hand practice so many times. Now I don’t feel adequate hardness in my erected penis. And if it gets erection then it will die out very early. It never gets erection once after 1st discharge. Whenever I use the anti-hypertensive, I get appropriate hardness and time of ejaculation. I am very much worried. Please help me. Thanks.
