   There is no difference OTHER THAN the relief of pain between the natural delivery and delivery under the influence of this injection.

   However, if a woman is delivering baby while talking and laughing, it will be easier for her to get back into her senses sooner than a woman who has experienced a lots of pain and is lying in the bed after all that MENTAL exaustion.  So I believe that this injections actually helps women to not only feel better during delivery, but also helps her think about getting other kids with out any fear of pain in future.

     Let's start with diviing the whole thing in two parts, Labor and Delivery.

Now first one is labor,

     In labor there are two parts.  One is the early pains of labor, which are pretty much bearable, and secondly the ACTUAL part of labor, which is different for every woman.  The thing is that women may or may not even feel the actual part of labor.  For some it will last for hours and hours and for others it may last for only an hour or so.  I have even seen couple of women in my family who had this labor part for only half en hour and they delivered the babies right away, as soon as they felt the pain. funny and amaizing!!!!

    ANyway, so it totally depends upon a woman's body and the circumstances she is in,  that how she will feel during the labor.  Mostly I have seen, that women who either belong to working class(specially maids) or women who work physically, quite hard during the pregnancy, are somehow blessed to have less amount of pain during labor, or their labor do not last very lon.  On the other hand, women who just keep sitting and doing just nothing while being pregnant have to suffer from a longer labor.  Of course this is not typical and exceptions are always there, but I am telling u the general idea of how it happens.

    SO, bottom line is that Labor is not the same for everyone, so are the physical, psychological, or emotional reactions to it.  So it depends upon person to person that what they have felt while being in this part i.e.labor.  U can, however divid them into two categories. One who do not even know about the injection, so they will not have any problem whatsoever.  The other who know about it and yet avoided it, then even these women can have different feelings and reaction to the labor and delivery part.

  For my type of women, Once I was aware of it, I could never had gone without it.  I just could not have gotten the second child, if I have had the first one without taking it even after totally knowing about the injection.

  The thing is that labor may be is different for everyone, but delivery is almost the same experience for all of us.  And if once u have experienced it without pain, then next time u won't want to get back.  It still totally depends upon how u take the injection, and that is how u will react to it.

No, I have not read a single article or any thing from the books here, since I dont have enough time for that, so I have no idea of those.  However, (I am sure u already know)but if u dont, then try google to find some top quality medical sites.  There are the best ones out there with week by week or month by month pregnancy info on them, with all the dos and donts and nutrition etc.  Try with the words......month by month pregnancy.......or week by week pregnancy......I actually was writing the articles on pregnancy step by step, but suddenly I have gotten so busy that am unable to even finish them.
