Ectopic Pregnancy:Want Advice

Dear All respected member !

I married 1 and half year ago, after 6 months my wife get pregnant and in 7 week she was feeling pain on right side, we consulted our lady doctor who gave some medicine, one day she was got faint, I took her to doctor, who checked and advise me to go to Hospital, she operated my wife, and came to know that she had ectopic pregnancy, and doctor clamped / sealed her right fallopion tube.

We did not made any intercourse till 6 months as per doctor advise, we tried again, now it 01 year to that operation.Our doctor advise to go for HSG test to find out wheter the second tube is open or blocked, we did that, finally our doctors said that she could see / find second tube.

Is any member who understands this all, what should we do to have child. Doctor say to have minor operation to view for second tube, I asked her that is only to view, obviously cannot be opened other wise could have opened while HSG test. PLZZZZZZZ Help me and give me advise.

Basic info

When a women get pregnant. There is some thing call HCG level   I kind of forget the name. I think it is called HCG level in pregnancy. HCG level doubles if Pregnancy is normal.  If Ectopic pregnancy  happen the HCG level does increase but does not get double. So every week women need to have blood test to make sure the HCG level is doubling.   After 5 to 6 weeks of Pregnancy  internal vagina ultrasound could be done to make sure if there is pregnancy happen in Uterus  instead of fallopian tube.
