Early Ejaculation: What Is The Permanent Solution?

With due respect i want to say that i am married since 13 years but unfortunately i am suffering from pre ejeculation since the very start. Sometimes i have been taking medicine to prolong my timings for the first time . is there any permanent solution of it? there is also infection in my wife's vagina. erection has never been a problem to me.  kindly guide   me so that i may get a sigh of peace and satisfaction.
