Firstly you are doing evil act and not looking disgraceful at all as per your post. Premarital relationships are forbidden in Islam and also there are clearly painful consequences for both the boys and the girls who are involved in premarital relationships.

Once a person wanted permission from Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to commit sin. The prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked from man if he would want to commit such an act with his mother or daughter.

Sorry if you mind but you can satisfy your sexual desires by thinking about the honor and the respect you would want to your own mother and sister to be treated by other men(as our Prophet redirected the young man’s attention in above example).

Secondly Masturbation is bad habit, discouraged and highly disliked in our society. Marry as soon as possible this will help you to keep your sexual desires under control and prevent you from further permitting sin. Ask forgiveness from Allah and don’t do this again.

Read the books on noorclinic carefully and if there is still problem then for treatment consult any psychiatrist.

You have mention in Your post that u are doing Mastrubution when u was 7 or 8 years old: Can u answer me that how it is possible a man start mastrubution in this age it is impossible. becaue adultson ration in Pakistan is 12-15 years for girls and 13 to 13 to16 years is forboys. A seve years old boy can't do mastrubution

2. If we admit that u are doing mastrubution whent u was 7 or 8 year old then. Your's post shows u are always thinking about sex thats why u discharge in 15 sex.
