Re The reasons i have in mind are....
...1) dry milk has definately higher sugar content than the routine milk as sweeting agent plus da sugar is present
...... 2) dry milk like nido has a higher fat(therefore not at all fit for children under 2yr age...as its fat content diffr frm fat requird for human baby uptil 2yr) content bt if u ask abt any skimmed milk they ave low fat content but as we all knw tht fat in any food causes satiety (yani pait bharne ka ahsas aur fulness) tu we stop eatng bt if fat is low we consume(eat)more plus increasd quantity is used tht alter its composition when converted to liquid...
... 3) every day is a tea whitner nt a dry milk n has bigger issues as it doesnt fulfil criteria of milk...it has even more added sugar, preservatives and a gelatin or one of its near by compound base nt gud for health plus whitening agents... Also one of dieting studies ATKINES study do not recommend any form of dry milk includng skimmed dry milk to be usd in dietng the reasn i tld earlier low-fat milk does nt gve fullness n it diet most imp thng to be restricted is carbohydrates n all dry milks r rich in carb due to added sugar cereal in them |
