Depression

AOA MEIN KAAFI SAAL PEHLI masturbation KERTA THA MUJHE KUCH SAAL PEHLE DEPRESSION HO GAYA THA PALPITATION.STRANGE THOUGHTS AUR TABIYAT MEIN KAFI GUSSA AATA HAI KOI HELP PLEASE

AOA. I had been doing masturbation many years back. I have developed depression since few years along with palpitations and angerness. Help me please.

ap apne alamat tafseel se likhe tab hi bataya jasakta hai keh ap ko depression hai ya koi aur bimari.

depression mai palpitation nahi hota. balke mayosi odasi hoti hai. dunia achi nahi lagti, log ache nahi lagti, logo ki batai achchi nahi lagti, hansne aur batain karne ko dil nahi chahta, mustaqil mizaji khatam hojati hai, dil aur dimagh ki jang chal rahi hoti hai, dil kuch kahta hai aur dimagh kuch aur. bilawajah rona ata hai, har bat par pachtawa aur guilt feeling hoti hai. kabhi kabhi guilt feeling etna ziadah hota hai keh khoodkashi ke khialat ate hai.

jabkeh palpitation jis bimari mai hoti hai ose anxiety kahte hai. is bemari mai ghabrahat aur bechaini hoti hai. jabkeh na rona ata hai aur nahi pachtawa aur guilt feeling. isi tarah suicidal thoughts bhi nahi aate.

strange thoughts se kia murad hai tafseel se batai keh kia thoughts aate hai. strang thoughts obsessive compulsive disorder, schizophrenia aur bipolar disorder mai ata hai. agitated depression mai bhi strange thoughts asakte hai.

ghussa depression aur anxiety dono mai hota hai. anxiety aur depression do alag alag bimari hai aur is ka alag alag ilaj hai. depression mai jo neurotransmiter involve hota hai os ka nam serotonin hai aur anxiety mai jo neurotransmiter involve hota hai ose norepinephrine kahte hai.

ap apni alamat phir se theek theek likhe takeh ap ki bimari ka andaza lagaya jasake aur munasib ilaj bataya jasake.
