I had gone through with all the posts and alhumdulilah got huge information still I need to mention my problem individually here so that I can get the proper answer to understand in better way.
Brother's Iam 23 years old and I have been into masturbating since long time like around 7 years now, I use to marturbate like 2 or 3 times in a week somtimes more, I was knewing that it effects the health therefore i use to have high calorie diet in my daily meal like vegetables, fruits, Beef, eggs , chicken , mutton , dry fruits to keep myself healthy tough I gained extra weight its 80 kgs now, I never felt weekness in my penis in this period of time but since couple of months I feel somthing wrong like my penis is not becoming that harder like it use to be and I could feel very well tough it gets hard when I see any adult movie or have some natural feelings while in sleep ect. since few months I had tried my best to stop masturbating but still I do it like once in a week or 3-5 times in a month eventually I will stop completely inshallah.
Meri penis utni hard nahi hori jitni pehli hoti thi n honi chahiye mein bahot sure ho is barein mein muje kuch problem hori hai sexual mein jub normal state mein hota hoo n penis notice kiya ho toh bahot choti size mein rehri hai wo thin and very small.
Meray ek dost jo married hai uno ne bataya muje ki Penis ke Rag(nafs) mein kuch pani jamjaata hai and wo kuch dawa laganay se clean hojaiga n penis pehle jaisi harder hogi jabhi bhi feelings aaye n ye dawa mere dost ne use kiya hai n kaha ki unko faida bhi hua but to be very honest brothers I dont trust this hakimi ilaaj and dont want to expireance it either, Please advise me a good solution for my problem.
I cannot read urdu therefore couldt read the book.. please advice I will be very thankfull to you, like particular drug or food stuff that I must consume daily to resolve this problem

[i m in india and it will cost around 15 thousand] Now (1) i want to take suggestion that is this treatment is right? And can this solve the erection problem. or this is complete Psychological problem. (2) Do u know (in bombay) any best Psychiatrist who treats sex related cases? Hi, i am just married. I am perfectly alright as my problem is more mental than physical, wat i think. At my first wedding night, all went well (mayb not that well), i got full erection, i forepaly with her for half an hour and i even discharged her but at the time of intercourse, i became so tensed that i lost erection. I dressed up and go to washroom and told her to dress up also. 2nd night same story.
