Aur sab ne yahi kaha k Jab koi Erotic-Story ya phir Slang Language ma post karta hai tou Moderator sou rahey hote hain lekin Copy-Right Material per foran action letey hain.

General Concept of CopyRight :
CopyRight Website per "c" "O" lafz k andar bana hota hai iss site ko CopyRighted kahte hain woh Site copyright k tehat eak maqsoos time period k liya register hote hai.. aur uss k Materials Copyright hote hain.. matlab without the Owner / Author 's Permission you cannot Copy that Material or Article... agar app aaisa karte hain tou it's called Violation of International Laws.
Why this Copy-Right Restriction ?
Copy Right ki restriction bilkul Jaiz hai.. Problem yah hote hai k Owner/Author koi aur hota hai or sara ka sara Credit/Reward Copy karne waley ko mil jata hai.
Jab hum kisi Original Website per koi Material Copy Paste karte hain iss forum per... tou jiss Site se hum ne Copy kiya hai yah uss k Profit ko effect karta hai... matlab yah k Jo Visitors uss Original Site per read karne k liyah jaate thee.. woh abb issi Forum per read karlei gaey... jiss ki wajah se Orginal Webste ka profit kam ho jaey ga.. kyun k Visitor kam ho jaein gaey or NoorClinic k Forum k visitor parhd jaein gaey tou un k Profit increase ho jaey ga.
In simple words, Tranfer of Profit from Orginal/Primary Website to Noorclinic.Forum. or Other Secondary Websites
Tou iss se yah hota hai k Original Website ka CopyRighted Mateiral ka sara ka sara Profit yahan Transfer ho raha hai.. kyun k Visitor woh article yahan se read kar rahey hain... So, iss Unfair Dealing ko roukne k liyah Internationally yah Law aagaya Copy-Right ka... takah Original Author/Owner/Creator ko hi sara Profit , Credit & Reward miley.
Example: Yah bilkul aaisa hi hai jaaisey app ne koi Darakht lagay hoo aur jab woh Phaal dena surooh karne wala hoo tou koi Dosra shaks uss phal ko tordh kar Market ma Sold kardey... tou aap souchein app ko gussa aaye ga ya nahi...???

Moderator agar Copy-Righted Material per foran Action na laein or uss ko Edit kar k Delete na karein gaey tou Forum.NoorClinic per Penalties lag saktein hain… Even agar Case buhat zayadah genuine hoo tou un ki sarey ki sarey Earning khatam ho sakte hai or WebSite ko taa'lah bhi lag sakta hai.
Issliyah Moderator iss per Foran Action lene per majboor hota hai aur koi bhi shaks yah nahi chahey ga k uss ka Business band hoo jaey so Moderator bhi wohi karte hain jo iss Forum k liyah best hooo…!
Why sometimes Moderator of Forum.Noorclinic does not take Immediate Action against Un-ethical / Wrong Postings ?
Sometimes Moderator Website ki dousre problems ko solve karne ma masroof hote hain ya phir who Off-Duty hote hain.. ya Jis Moderator ki duty hote hai who Late ho jate hain Duty per aate aate .. ya Moderator ki Nazar nahi pparte hai uss Topic per… Moderator bhi hamarey tarha Insaan hi hain.. un se bhi Ghaltey ho jaatey hai… Issliyah kabhi kabhar who yah sab cheezein ignore kar dete hain.
Lekin CopyRight ma yah Lapardwahi (Carelessness) nahi kar sakte warna in ki sarey Earning khatam ho sakte hai… So, they have to be alert all the time...!

Pakistan ma CopyRight sirf Laws ki Books tak hi mehdood hai.. yahan per logon k zehnoo ma CopyRight , Patent Right , etc jaisey cheezoon ka koi concept nahi hata hai… Rs.4,000 ki book sirf Rs.800 ma mil rahey hote hai as a Duplicate.. main bhi ab sab say ye request karonga k plz copyriht material copy paste nahi karain ...........pehley chek karlain k aya wo material copyright hai ya nahi .........agar nahi hai tou phir karsaktay hain ........jesay k wikipedia ka material app yahan paste karsaktay hain ...........

whats wrong with copyright material. Whats wrong with copyrighted material if someone is posting it with proper referencing. Its is a crime and ethically very bad thing to use some material without consent of original author and it is called plagirism, but if anybody use it with referecnes then it has no problem. All researchers use others previous work but with referencing.
For Sooth: why dont you post articles with references where do you copy from.... then nobody can say you anything and moderator won't edit your posts. Thanks. |

Active VS Non-Active Link Maslah kuch nahi hai yaar... yah FORUM
Active Link ko support nahi karta hai bas... App Active Link daalein
gaey tou woh aaye ga hi nahi yahan per... Sirf Non-Active Link hi
aasakte hain iss FORUM per.
Active Link (URL) per Click karne se Website open hote hai.
Non-Active Link (URL) per Click hi nahi hota hai woh sirf Browser ma Copy-Paste hota hai.
