 Contraception: How To Avoid Pregnancy & Satisfying partner?
A-o-A, this is v. great to visit ur web and i get very authentiv info frm this, & for this i appriciate u for doing such a great work. Mr Rizwan i'm a married person and a father of a son, my wife give birth 2 months ago, i read and saved all the topics on this web, i'm also a very shamy person who can't describe anything personal to others even to my friends, this webmail leads me towards u, Dr sahb as i mention abt the birth of my son, Now the time is to control another birth, and for this i'm using condoms while meetings but this couldn' t satisfied me and my wife, plz suggest me the appropriate madicine or Formula to stop another birth, i feel very embaracing while using condoms. 2nd question is, while meetings my wife want to take some extra time to get her setisfection need, but i mostly discharged before she get satisfection, trough ur web topics i tried many things regardign this but invain, plz prescribe me any authentic tablet so that i can give her extra time to meet her needs. there r several medicine available in the markets but whatever u suggest i'll take that. which cann't give any side effects. i hope that u'll reply me soon, and I will be very thankful to u, pls Dr, i'm waiting ur reply. contraception the methods of contraception include:
- safe period method(abstinence 4m coitus for 12days in middle of cycle i.e. 8th to 18th day of normal cycle)
- coitus interruptus(man's withdrawal 4m woman just be4 ejeculation)
- lactation
soaps, foams and jellies.
condoms, cervical cap, diaphragm, intra-uterine contraceptive device.
oral pills, injections, implants.
- female/male sterilization.
- post-coital pill.
choice of method of contraception depends upon the couple. visit gynacologist for consultation.

Contraceptive Drugs A-o-A,
Mr. Dr i had read ur mail 1st of all thank u v.much. Dr. shahb as u suggested some different methods but u didn't mention the names of drugs that give me extra time, here i request u to pls reply agin with suitable Madicines and sprays names so that i can borrow this frm the market. i'm living in karachi so plz tell me from where i go and take these medicines or sprayers.
one thing more Dr. please prescribe the name of a lotion/oil that womens use for generation of their sex. i heard someone about this. i'm sure that u'll let me know soon.

Agar ap ALLAH ka process sai agai bharna ki koshish karogai to nuksan bhi hosakta hai. meri advice yahi hai ka koi bhi medicine, oil and lotion use nahi karooo. |

Mr. Asif & Dr. Khan i would like to tell u that i'm a software engineer in a company for the last 3 years, asif bhai mujhe office ki responsibilities ka boht khyal rakhna perta ha or mera saara din boht bussy guzrta ha or mostly mujhe 1-2 hour late sitting kerna perti hai, asif bhai aap ne kaha k mujhe haftay main 3-4 dafa sex kerna chahye laikin ghar aany k baad thkawat itni ho jaati ha k koi or kaam kernay ko dil he nhi kerta. main mostly saturday nite main he apni wife ko time deta hoon, in between to mery liye possible nhi ho pata. ab masla ye hai k itni dair k baad bhi main sex main apni wife ko time nhi de sakta cos she wants more stroks from me, then how it is possible that i strok her continuesly, aakhir naturly ma discharge ho jata hun or wo wahein ki wahien reh jati hai.
ab ager main usay itnay dino baad sex doon or us main bhi main apni wife ko satisfection na dey sakuoo to definatly she ignored me, i also tried to do sex after an hour agian but she said jo need usay pehly hui thi wo doosri dafa main to nhi hogi. is waja se wo mujh se roothi roothi rehnay lagi or mujhe kuch nahi kehti thi, lakin jab main us ki is aadat se tung aya then we querelled with each other, then usnay mujhe brifly btaya k masla kya hai or kyoun hai.

time nikallooo...u can get time easily from daily life & start...do intercouse every day..may be twice a day..u will be okay..normal sex takes no more than 30-40 minutes ..dont u have atleast this much time at nights..
every one work a lot these days..I work even about 17 hours a day ,really but I dont think I missed even a single day when I am with my mrs... |

re: AB1 we always discouage our patients to use any medicine for erection or for timings problem. If the exercises provided in the books available on this site and the suggestions given by doctors and members on this forum didn't satisfy u then u must consult the psychiatrist along with ur wife. Don't use any medicine or oil just by asking layman people, without the doctor's prescription. |
