HOT SHOTS: 1 kg boneless chicken leyn....us mein salt to taste, black pepper (1 spoon), vinegar ( 1 table spoon), soya sauce (2 tble spoon), ajinomoto ya chinese salt (half tea spoon)....ye sub cheezen mix ker k 1-2 hour k liye marinate honey k liye rakh deyn... us k bad ek bowl mein 2 eggs beat kereyn....phir us mein thora sa maida daleyn aur mix kereyn...phir us mein cornflour daleyn (means jitna maida dala hai us se double corflour daliye ga....like agar ap ne 3 table spoon maida dala hai to 6 table spoon cornflour daliye).....is ko paste ki shakal bana leyn...itna patla bi na ho aur ziada garha bi na ho...itna thick hona chahiye k chicken per achi tarha se fill ho jaye.....ok.... phir is mixture mein salt to taste aur black pepper half tea spoon dal deyn....khyal rahey k salt ap ne chicken mein bi dala hua hai.... ab us chicken pieces ko ek ek ker k is mixture mein dip ker k oil mein golden brown honey tak deep fry ker leyn....Ur HOT SHOTS are ready....it is very very delicious dish :-p
