Pregnancy: Can I Take Calcium & Vitamins During Pregnancy?

assalamoalikum how r u all meri tamam dr hazrat sa guzarish ha k mugha reply kerain now im pregnant by the grace of Allah n its my 3rd month i just want  to know k kia mai clacium or serbax-t la sakty hun ya iss sai behter koi aap suggest kerain tou cause im feeling some weakness n color is becoming pale.

I am three months pregnant. Can I take Calcium and mulitvitamins? or there are some thing much better?

Keep in mind, never use any medicine without doctor's advise, during pregnancy. The best suggestion to u is: visit ur gynecologist where u have registered urself, she will investigate the hemoglobin level and if u are anemic then she will prescribe u hematonics plus vitamins, folic acid, and calcium.
