Blood After Urine: Why Blood Drops Come After Urine?

dear i m a niec guy befor 2 month i nikha with one lady this lady before working lady.but now she leav every thing i sleep with her every time with condome but 2 days before i sleep with her with out condome no problem i feel after this i again one time sleep with condome but last night when i go for pepe this pepe come with too much julen and when finish pepe then some blood come i m too much scare.can u tell me what problem is that.
