SALAM! Dear doctor sahib. i am 22.First of all you really deserve a reward from ALLAH for doing such a great task.SO, I have learned much more about masturbartion in ur site,thanks for that!.My question is (1): that my penis does not show full hardness , stiffness,so how it can help me in front n my wife(in future) or it is natural that it will be erect when i will be with my wife?(2):I have been doing it for the last 10 years and now i feel severe pain in my vertebral column.i can't even stand straight.Moreover ,if i bent towards right or left side, it sounds like "krrup krrup" and aches much.Is it because of this bad practice or not. Kindly advice any cure so that i may recover my self because there are almost 3 years to my marriage.

Masturbation does not cause back ache. Your back ache are due to some other medical problem for which you should consult any orthopaedic surgeon.

Masturbation is a bad habbit so we can not suggest to do it.

Dr. i totally disagree with you , masturbation cause back pain, if you are into excessive maturbation it causes back pain and the face is quite like yellowish these are the symptoms ...I get to knew this from a very famous doctor in India and I had personally expireanced back pain in my early age when i was frequently doing masturbation and had also confirmed with many guys.

moral of the story YES EXCESSIVE MASTURBATION CAUSE BACK PAIN ......n it may cause other stuff also like weight loss, complete body pain ect. as the you loses the energy by masturbating frequently.
