–        Nursing baby frequently and encourage her to feed on breast as much as possible. Don’t offer her to have power milk or cow’s milk

–        Avoiding food supplements. Mother will naturally have enough milk to feed her baby. Neither mother nor baby need extra supplements

–        Mother must eat the food that is suitable for her health and for baby as well

–        Mother should take adequate rest
